returns & refunds policy


We have a 30-day refund policy, and a 90-day exchange policy. Our Returns policy only covers products sold on our own website Sunlabz.com. For SunLabz products sold at third-party Marketplaces, please check that site’s returns policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where returns cannot be granted like in the following:

-The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-The time the item is returned is past 90 days after the delivery date.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

To be eligible for a refund you must meet the following criteria:

-Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase-
-You must provide your name and address.
-You are responsible for shipping and all expenses related to sending back the item. The refund amount will exclude shipping fees used to send the item to you.
-The item you sent back to us successfully reached our returns center and was not lost during transit.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We reserve the right to change the method of refunding the customer at any time.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
